For this you can take help of annual reports of the banks, their brochures etc. You have to find out current trend in this sector, what different changes they are making etc.

2. Have you applied to any other areas apart from banking sector?

Yes you can tell about some areas which are very closely related to this job. You can say like this, yes I have applied to insurance and accountancy sectors. These sectors also required the skills which are used in banking sectors.

3. Two or Three things which are most important to your job?

You can tell them about some of the major responsibilities of a bank manager and what according to you is the most important. Leadership, Increasing bank reputation, be good to our customers are the some qualities which are important for a bank management job.
